The people have spoken and a May Queen has been chosen just in time!
All hail and pay homage to Alystrianna D'Vaustaival((SilentEnchantment)) this year's Queen of May!
Now that the Queen of May has been chosen, the people of the city have really begun to rev up the preparations for Wednesday's festivities.
Companies have begun to erect booths and tents in the field near the Southern Glen. In addition, many young children have been enlisted to help gather firewood and to help set up the numerous piles of wood that will be needed for the fires on the night of Beltane.
As for the day of Beltane, there has been much talk of: numerous May Poles being set up around the city, a long list of entertainers (from jugglers, fire breathers, story tellers, and puppeteers) being hired, wagon rides taking place, a flea market being arranged, bake sales going on, a flower arranging contest in the works, amongst many other activities that will take place before the night's revelries.
Don't forget that the real celebration starts at 9:30pm by the Eastern Clock on Wednesday, April 29th.

If your character would like to run a booth at the festival, please contact me so I may mention in in my next playable.
