The Jenli Council and the Circle of Nine have issued a joint announcement throughout Rhydin City: the upcoming Celebration of the Sun festival in Jenli will be open to outsiders in the literal sense. A magic portal has been opened through the Great Barrier to allow instantaneous travel to and from the Mount Yasuo area. The termini are a large stall in the city's Marketplace and the White Lotus Pavilion tea house's courtyard in Jenli.
